Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and job duties.
• Monitor safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle cash registers and transactions; report discrepancies.
• Review personnel records and payroll basics.
