Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment or a minimum of 6 weeks of experience as sales/cashier at Melrose.
• Promotion requires 2 months prior supervisory experience that can be verified and a promotion request form submitted to HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality team service and maintain a clean, organized store per company standards.
• Share responsibility for sales performance, productivity of staff, loss prevention, merchandising, safety and operating functions of the store while in charge.
• Supervise and direct the activities of the store; organize work and coordinate staffing schedules to ensure team service.
