Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to energize our showroom floor with exceptional service, leadership, and product knowledge. You’ll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey, reflecting The Bob's Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset—and support team development and daily store operations.

Based in-store, you’ll work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays and leverage tablets, CRM, and other tools to drive sales

Job Title Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist Job Overview As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You'll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bob's Way - honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset - while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service-forward role, you'll also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations. This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions, and higher hourly rate of pay when serving as the Keyholder. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $75,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
