Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to lead the showroom floor with energy, service, and product knowledge. This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability to meet the needs of a retail schedule.

Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands
