Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous security/protection experience required.
• Nightclub, bar, jewelry store, or event management protection experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Learn and understand federal, state, and local laws relating to cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees and patients to maintain a safe environment.
• Verify patient IDs prior to admitting them onto the dispensary floor.
• Monitor cash pickups and security cameras.
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and staff.
• Monitor security video cameras and security systems.
• Carry out regular patrols around and inside the property.
• Perform lockup and unlock duties where needed.
• Operate under state regulatory requirements.
• Assist in product delivery as needed.
• Provide operational retail support to leadership for audits.
