Andy Frain Services is seeking a Retail Security Guard for Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, AR. This full-time role requires evening and overnight availability and a customer-first mindset to maintain a safe environment for shoppers, employees, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Guard license is required.
• Minimum 3–6 months experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems or access control.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times.
• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Provide directions and support as needed.
