Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Property Patrol Driver for Commercial Point, OH. You will protect client sites, perform routine patrols, and maintain a strong security presence while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes daytime/evening shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and integrity. The position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service to shoppers, staff and visitors.
• Ability to perform regular unarmed patrols and monitor for unusual activity.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store associates, customers, and visitors per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols on the retail floor, stock and entrances.
• Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations.
• Assist with access control, opening/closing procedures, and maintain professional presence.
