Qualifications

• Minimum of one year security-related experience
• Guard card or license preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
• Access control and badge experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background check and drug screen required
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws
• Driver's license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location including entrances and perimeters
• Deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity with a professional presence
• Document incidents and observations and communicate with store leadership and supervision
