Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including sales areas and entrances.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations and maintenance concerns to store personnel or supervision.
• Deter theft and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
