Position Details

Retail Security Officer – Full Time

Location: Coralville, IA

Rate: $20.00/HR

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Securing entrances and patrolling inside and outside the premises
• Interacting with clients, employees, and guests
• Identifying and reporting safety issues or hazards
• Reporting suspicious activities
• Providing detailed written reports

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Security and retail experience a plus
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
• Ability to conduct patrols and remain vigilant
• Loss Prevention experience preferred
