Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring Security Officers to protect properties, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe environment on site.

Key duties include front desk logs, access control for tenants and vendors, camera monitoring, patrols, and incident reporting to property management. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and opportunities for career growth. EOE/M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid License 2.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing foot patrols and stairs in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for property management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a valid License 2
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
