Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents and document in case management system.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and maintain safety standards storewide.
• De-escalate conflicts and provide safe, respectful service to guests and team members.
• Assist with theft prevention and loss prevention activities as required.
• Support teammates and adapt to dynamic store conditions.
