andyfrain is hiring a Retail Security Guard for Ballston Quarter – Arlington, VA. This full-time role focuses on preventing loss, monitoring entrances, patrolling the property, and assisting visitors to maintain a safe shopping environment.

You will complete daily activity reports, respond to alarms, and communicate with supervisors. Ideal candidates are vigilant, reliable, and customer‑service oriented, with 3–6 months security experience and a state guard license.
