Job Description

Fabletics Retail is currently seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store at Fashion Place - Murray, UT.

How Do You Fit In?

As a Seasonal Store Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class retail experience. Using innovative technology, you will facilitate seamless shopping between our website and stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager, supervisors, and team members to help our Customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You will be part of a dedicated team working towards ambitious goals to drive the business forward.

This position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to run from October/November 2020 to the end of January 2021.

Responsibilities

• Embark in embodying our culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to Live their Passion.
• Engage customers actively by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and meet sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, and Nutrition.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work well with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, stand for extended periods, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
