UNIQLO in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during peak seasons. The role is part-time and seasonal, ending December 2026, with weekend availability required.

Hourly pay starts at $20.00, with holiday premium and benefits typical for retail. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with shifts during Black Friday and December holidays.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Seasonal Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. Theyare responsible forexceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providingin depthproduct information about the goods they are interestedinand closing the sale.

You must be available to work on the following restricted holiday dates:

• Black Friday Period: Friday, November 20th - Sunday, November 22nd & Friday November 27th, 2026

• Holiday Period: Friday, December 18th - Saturday, December 26th, 2026
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals

• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)

• Manage customer needs and exceed expectations byutilizingthe UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO FundamentalPrinciplesand saying the 6 standard phrases.

• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards andassistwhen needed

• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol

• Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run

• Assistmanagement toidentifyand resolve issues in the store

• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers

• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions

• Assistwith specialprojects asassigned by management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communicationskills

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages

• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time, read computer terminals, push, pull, move,liftor carry objects of at least 25 pounds

• Ability to effectively maneuver around salesfloorandstockroomincluding:repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or 6monthsretail or related experience.

SeasonalPart-Time Availability Requirements:

• Average 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality.

• Full Weekend Availability (Friday - Sunday) Religious exemptions will be considered.
