Publicis Commerce is seeking a Retail Search Manager to lead best-in-class retail search campaigns in the evolving Commerce Media space. The role emphasizes hands-on setup, optimization, and reporting across multiple clients with a hybrid schedule in commutable distance to our offices in Atlanta, Chicago or New York.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in retail search, strong communication, and proven media-buying capabilities across Amazon and other major platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail search space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on keyboard media buying with in-platform activation and real-time optimization.
• Excellent Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with retail media on Amazon and platforms like Walmart/Criteo/Citrus Ads.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute retail media campaigns across search.
• Own setup, management, optimization and reporting of retail search.
• Develop keyword, ad group, audience and targeting strategies.
• Manage daily/weekly optimizations across multiple platforms and clients.
• Present campaign plans and performance to internal teams and clients.
• Support retail strategy, media mix and budget allocations.
• Communicate performance expectations and collaborate with teams.
• Mentor team workflow and participate in project reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
