Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year. The role uses a mobile app to scan barcodes across grocery, convenience, drug, and other stores, with 2–4 hours weekly across all stores.

It includes reporting quantities for about 45% of scanned products and completing occasional project work. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable Wi‑Fi, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Complete display scanning across the entire store each week; work with 45% product quantity reporting.
• Assist with Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours in some weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver accurate data to clients.
