Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers weekly across grocery, drug, and other stores. You will scan barcodes using a mobile app, provide quantity for about 45% of items, and work on occasional Custom Projects with added hours during peak periods.

Flexible, part-time schedule with walk-in travel support. Prior experience not required; the role emphasizes reliability, independence and accuracy in data collection.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven, self-starter who meets weekly store deadlines.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and basic tech familiarity.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Provide quantity estimates for about 45% of scanned products and assist with special projects as needed.
