Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers, weekly for 52 weeks. You will scan barcodes using a mobile app, sometimes handling 45% of products and supporting multiple store types, including grocery and mass merchants.

Work schedules are flexible, with ongoing projects and deadlines. The role requires independence, physical activity, and reliable Wi‑Fi access. Training and AI-assisted screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet high.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Deadline-driven self-starter who can work independently.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes using a mobile app.
• Perform in-store data collection across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
• Assist with Custom Projects which add 30 minutes to 2 hours per week per store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to deliver accurate data to clients.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet client requirements.
