The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in Onalaska, WI to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.

No prior experience required; this part-time role offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will join a team focused on friendly service, loyalty-building guest care, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and assist with POS procedures.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain a clean, organized store.
