This exempt role includes monthly bonus eligibility and collaboration with store leaders to optimize performance and customer loyalty. Qualifications

• Ability to apply analytics, experience, and judgement to make timely and effective business, people, and profitability decisions.
• Ability to develop others through mentorship, effective communication, and side-by-side coaching.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve store sales and metrics.
• Develop associates in selling techniques and maintaining customer service standards.
• Execute successful store events and grassroot promotions.
• Collaborate with store operations on floor sets, product placement, pricing, and inventory.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling with HR to meet business needs.
• Build and coach the team to deliver expert service and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize contributions to drive retention.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection and safety policies.
