Responsibilities
- Engage with RM\'s, RSR\'s, and customer stakeholders in the field to improve sales team efficiency
- Manage CRM processes and workflow, including customer data management and reporting
- Develop and distribute KPI reports and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate RVP and Market Walks, including logistics planning and data preparation
- Create and maintain onboarding materials for new RSRs to ensure effective training
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service within a B2C or retail environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a retail environment
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand engineering drawings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
