Boutique Team Leader – Join our elegant retail boutique at Topanga Mall. As an integral member of our retail store leadership team, your primary focus is delivering excellence in people leadership, sales, service, and operations. You will coach sales associates to become customer experience and product knowledge experts and create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25. This is a good faith estimate at posting time; final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment. Assist the ASM and SM with reporting and sales trends to achieve goals in sales, customer acquisition, and service.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes. Prioritize safety and a healthy environment for employees and customers.
  • Customer/Hospitality focus: Create personalized coffee experiences by sharing knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices to build relationships.
  • Delight customers: Offer complimentary tastings and leverage product knowledge to grow the customer base and sales.
  • Inspiring People Leadership: Influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service through coaching and training.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships, champion innovative ideas, adapt to change, and foster a growth mindset.
