Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversions
• Deliver an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to ensure excellent customer experience
• Support company initiatives, adapt to changes, and perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain an engaging environment and support daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the General Manager
• Coach team members on behaviors that deliver results
• Perform other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• At least 1 year of retail sales or service experience
• Ability and desire to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability skills
• Experience coaching or supervising teams
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
