Role Overview

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we rely on our specialist teams to achieve this goal.

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor (Full Time) to work with Julie from our King of Prussia team. The store is located on the upper level of King of Prussia Mall.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the store to improve performance through leadership and motivation.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by implementing retail best practices and effective communication.
  • Support colleagues and customers to ensure a positive in-store environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership ability in retail.
  • Experience in key holding and achieving sales targets using KPIs.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with colleagues and customers, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
