Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations in the City of Poughkeepsie area. The role focuses on increasing sales, conversions and service while guiding a store team to deliver complete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties to deliver a great customer experience in all store areas.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Engage with customers to provide total solutions and consultative selling.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain an engaging store environment and assist as needed.
