Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Springfield, MO is seeking a Supervisor to join a high-performing team. You will lead by example, deliver professional customer service, and contribute to a safe, organized store environment.

You’ll coach others, serve as Leader on Duty, and cross-train across store operations. This role rewards leadership with a clear path to promotion and a benefits package including medical, vision, and 401(k).

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do your job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $18.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
