Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) in Cincinnati, OH to lead a high-performing team in a retail environment. The role emphasizes leadership experience and a commitment to a rewarding career in retail.

The anticipated rate is $18.75 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits. PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, and medical/dental/vision coverage are included. Schedule is respectful, with hours from 6am to 10pm, and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
