Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in New Castle, IN is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing team and lead daily store operations. You’ll be empowered to impact customer experiences and drive team performance while adhering to company policies and schedules.

The role offers an anticipated hourly rate of $17.50, eligible monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours annually, and paid sick time up to 64 hours. Growth and development opportunities are available.

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
