The primary role of the Sales Supervisor is to develop their team for success by becoming proficient in guest engagement to achieve revenue and budgeted sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a customer-interactive environment required. High volume experience preferred. At least three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau preferred.
Hiring Range: $27.50 - $35.70. Compensation will be based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this range.
Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible for team bonuses based on KPIs.
