A leading retail company is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor in Leesburg, Virginia. Retail Sales Supervisors champion customer engagement and oversee the front of store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service throughout the store, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately.
