Job summary

Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You will help the team increase sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Responsibilities include coaching peers, owning weekly sales and merchandising activities, leading as Floor Leader, and supporting the GM to deliver an outstanding store experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication and organization skills; adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
