Staples, Inc. in Greeneville, TN is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You will lead a team to increase sales, conversions and service while delivering total solutions to every customer.

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.

• Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results through feedback and role play.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services

• Must be able to and want to engage with customers and understand their needs

• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptive to changing business priorities

• Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others

• Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
