Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.

• Effective communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 lb range and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and driving conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties to direct the team for a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and assist with operational duties with the GM.
• Coach the team through role playing and feedback to improve performance.

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services

• Must be able to and want to engage with customers and understand their needs

• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptive to changing business priorities

• Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others

• Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
