Job summary

Staples is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately.

Responsibilities include coaching the store team, leading sales and merchandising activities, directing floor operations, and supporting the GM with day-to-day tasks. Must be adaptable and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.

• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Support a engaging, always-on customer environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.

Essential Skills And Experience
