Job summary

Hammitt Inc. in Carmel-by-the-Sea is seeking energetic Retail Sales Stylists to launch a new Hammitt store at Carmel Plaza. You’ll be the heartbeat of the boutique, delivering warm, immersive experiences and storytelling that bring our luxury handbags to life.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or fashion sales, clienteling experience, and strong communication. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay $18–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, customer service or fashion sales experience
• Clienteling experience (preferred)
• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Great communicator and active listener
• Love for fashion, style and an appreciation for accessories
• Positive energy, adaptability and teamwork
• Familiarity with Shopify and NetSuite are a plus
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
