You will be the heartbeat of the store, building a local Hammitt fan community and bringing our premium experience to life on the retail floor. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail or fashion sales, strong communication, and a genuine passion for fashion accessories, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, customer service or fashion sales experience
• Clienteling experience (preferred)
• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Great communicator and active listener
• Love for fashion, style and an appreciation for accessories
• Positive energy, adaptability and teamwork
• Familiarity with Shopify and NetSuite are a plus
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
