Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 depending on role).
• Prior retail, stocking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items, answer questions and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Stock shelves, rotate products and update pricing or signage.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with inventory and restocking.
• Work across departments and uphold store standards throughout the shift.
