Safeway in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays and pricing throughout the day.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to move between tasks across departments, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ depending on role)
• Retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, balers, box cutters)
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards
