Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays while ensuring pricing accuracy and backroom organization.

The role requires adaptability to move between tasks, departments, and priorities, with physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• :16+ years age; 18+ depending on role
• Must have prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, organized, and easy to shop across areas
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays
• Assist customers with locating items and answering questions
• Maintain backroom organization and handle inventory needs
