Albertsons Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling across departments.

The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, using equipment safely, and adapting to changing tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is required.

Formación

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsabilidades

• Help customers locate items and answer questions to keep the store welcoming.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Maintain displays and overall store standards to ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Support across departments during shifts to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
