Job summary

Jewel-Osco is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization while staying actively engaged in a fast-paced store environment. Flexibility is required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across different areas
• Help customers locate items and answer questions
• Restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain displays
• Maintain backroom organization and general store standards throughout the day
• Handle inventory and assist with restocking and ordering processes
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and box cutters following safety guidelines
