Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers, stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays across departments.

The role requires basic math, English literacy, and the ability to operate equipment safely. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them locate items in-store.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays and signage.
• Keep backroom organized and ensure product availability throughout the day.
• Support across departments to maintain store standards and a fast-paced environment.
