Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop while assisting customers and maintaining product displays across departments. You will restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and help ensure backrooms stay organized and efficient.

Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to operate equipment safely are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop
• Help customers locate items and answer questions
• Stock shelves and rotate products; update signage
• Maintain backroom organization and product availability
• Rotate and refresh displays; adhere to store standards
• Operate equipment safely following training guidelines
• Adapt to tasks across departments and shifts
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 60 lbs.
