Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet customers, operate the register, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will handle lottery and age-restricted sales with compliance, upsell when possible, and support cross-training in other departments.

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, etc.).
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
Becoming an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms and lot areas.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; ensure merchandise looks fresh.
Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., deli).
Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
