Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members in Denver to support Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment. You will help create a welcoming store atmosphere, ensure quick, easy customer experiences, and keep floors and stockrooms clean and organized.

Roles offer flexibility across departments and opportunities to learn different store areas. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating POS systems, maintaining stock, and supporting store events.

Qualifications

• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical Requirements: Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready, sized and filled through re-merchandising and straightening during the day.
• Assist customers at cashiering with a variety of transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, including operating the point‑of‑sale system, bagging items, and handling bulky or heavy items.
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, assisting, and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other initiatives.
