Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Associate to provide outstanding service to every customer and guest in our Missouri location. You will process sales orders, handle cash with accuracy, and assist customers with financing and credit applications as needed.

You will work toward sales goals, align to KPIs, and participate in opening and closing procedures while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
