Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Tolleson, AZ. You will be the face of our brand, promoting Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to customers, and driving sales while delivering outstanding customer care across store locations.

We look for a high-energy, customer-focused teammate who can read customers, handle transactions, and explain pricing and promotions. A HS diploma and ability to work a flexible schedule are required; performance-based incentives are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Comfort with personal technology, mobile devices, and basic computer applications.
