• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and computer applications.
• Basic math skills and numeracy.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and manage multitasking.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
