Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service both in-store and at the kiosk. You will help customers find total solutions, stay up-to-date on technology, and contribute to a collaborative, team-based retail culture.

Hiring immediately with training provided. Responsibilities include creating an inviting customer environment, offering total solutions, and supporting the Tech department to achieve strong sales metrics, with flexibility across roles such as

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
